“You are the God who sees me.” – Genesis 16:13(NLT)
THE GOD WHO SEES
A poem and essay by ILMA
Has anyone really seen your entire being?
There is no one else but the Lord Almighty
He sees your every move, your every thought
He wants you to grow and always live in truth.
Humans can’t understand His omniscience
He also is the only one who can always be present
The heavenly Father loves you very much
Do you give back his unconditional love?

According to Wikipedia, the first formal charter to set out the rights of children was drafted by British social reformer, Eglantyne Jebb in 1923. Jebb believed that the rights of a child needed be especially protected and enforced. This manifesto was adopted by the International Save the Children Union and endorsed by the League of Nations in 1924. In 1925, the first International Child Welfare Congress was held in Geneva, where the Declaration was widely discussed and supported by organisations and governments. I Jebb is God-sent so people can understand why children are very special to God.
As a child, I didn’t think I had a voice or rights. I felt non-existent and neglected in terms of my spiritual growth. No one cared about who I am. They didn’t see my gifts or my person because they were busy making me the person that they never became and dreamed of becoming. Only God knows and sees me.

GOD KNOWS Poem Devotional

He knows everything—doesn’t he also know what you are doing? The LORD knows people’s thoughts. – Psalm 94:10-11 (NLT)
GOD KNOWS
A poem and essay by ILMA
God knows what you are thinking
He also sees what you are planning
He knows everything and people’s thoughts
The Lord understands your weakness and faults.
Our heavenly Father is omnipotent and omniscient
Doesn’t he deserve all the praise and thanksgiving?
He recognizes both your strength and challenges
Believe in him and he will bring about many changes.

There are some people who are very private and they dislike that other people can see through what they are thinking. The Western culture is big on confidentiality, especially with the proliferation of social media. Some of the privacy acts even covers intimate relationships such as husbands and wives. It is bizarre that a spouse can have the choice to keep a secret from the partner. Whatever happened to the bond between two people who vowed to be united and become one unit.? Genesis 2:24 says that the man leaves his father and mother and joins his wife and become one flesh.
When we choose a life committed to Jesus, we become one with him. His presence lives in us. He knows everything about us and what we are doing. We cannot hide from him because he knows everything. We can be honest with him and allow him to closer with us and intimate.
