PSALM 108

My heart is steadfast, O God!
I will sing and make melody with all my being!
2 Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn!
3 I will give thanks to you, O LORD, among the peoples;
I will sing praises to you among the nations.
4 For your steadfast love is great above the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be over all the earth!
6 That your beloved ones may be delivered,
give salvation by your right hand and answer me! – Psalm 108:1-6

PSALM 108 A STEADFAST HEART FOR THE LORD

Praise the Lord who made heaven and earth
Exalt the God who is steadfast in his love
He is faithful to protect and deliver his people
The Lord is generous to give all without reproach
Let us all give thanks to a God who provides all our needs
He is full of grace, mercy and forgives a repentant heart.
Seek the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and strength
Abide in him and you will bear fruit and overcome sin
Do not waver in your faith and feed on his word always
A steadfast heart for the Lord is one that trusts him completely
It never doubts the goodness and steadfastness of his love for his people
It reveres the Lord and fears displeasing him and is never lawless.
