Do you have a question that no one can reply?
Run to Scriptures and you will definitely find
God’s word helps us navigate in this world
Scriptures always bring us confidence to be bold.
The truth in God’s word teaches us many things
Those who are wise, knows what Scriptures bring
Everything written in this holy book is right and true
By reading and studying it, we will be free from rue.

I had a passion to know things even at a very young age of two. I would always explore and ask questions more than usual. I guess it made those people around me get tired of answering my queries and decided not to give me any more response. This started me to have a love for books. I was hungry for knowledge and eager to apply it in my life. It saddens me to watch others who didn’t care much about improving their lives and staying in the rut. I have read so many books in my life that changed my views but after I have read and studied the bible, there is nothing compared to it. All Scriptures give us hope and encouragement and teaches us.
PRAYER
Lord, thank you for teaching me through your word.

November 24                                                                            The Power of God’s Word
Hold firmly to the word of life, then on the day of Christ’s return, I will be proud that I did not run the race in vain and that my work was not useless.

CLING TO THE WORD OF LIFE
A poem and essay by ILMA
Are you challenged with life these days?
Cling to the word of life and run the race!
Jesus is the only way to have eternal life
His word frees us from sin and brings us light.
Feed on the word that comes from Him
It is the cure for all illnesses and sin
Work at knowing the truth that sets you free
Choose peace and love and God will make you see.
What world beliefs keep you bonded to sin? The system of this world is very different from God’s economy. The world wants self gratification while the other dies to self. It is not hard to spot the “worldly” from the “godly.” The “wordly” seeks to please the self while the “godly” seeks to please the Lord. Worldliness blinds people from the truth. They cling to lies that will not compromise their earthly comfort.
The bible tells us to hold firmly to the word of life, Jesus. He is the answer to everything. If we run the race towards knowing God, we will benefit from it on the day of Christ’s return.
PRAYER
Keep me holy Lord.
